Delivery times

Receipt of international orders take 4-8 working days. Generally, the total processing time and shipping is equal to the total delivery time. The processing time generally ranges from 24 hours to 2 days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting information to the appropriate warehouse, packaging and shipping the item to. After completing the treatment, the release begins. The shipping time is the courier transit time from the warehouse to your delivery address.

International shipping

We offer express delivery shipping box with insurance and tracking confirmation. It usually takes 4-8 working days for delivery. 24-48 overtime for processing time and could take up to 48 additional hours in case we need to contact the payment processor for credit card verification.
We will not be responsible for customs charge fees in each country. We charge full price shipping for all international returns and exchanges. * For packages unclaimed or returned due to incomplete address, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Order Tracking
Order tracking is available in the My Account page or send a tracking link with tracking number by email when your order has been shipped. If your order appears late, you should consider the following points:

Return Policy

We are committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. If I change my mind ...

Defective items

Items will be checked by our team of product evaluations and if the item is deemed defective due to manufacturing or fabric defect, our site will refund or replace free of additional shipping charges. If deemed not to be defective, will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.


* All international returns should be returned within 30 days from receipt of order.

* The shipping charges for international exchanges are to be paid by the customer (Unless the fault was caused by us). All taxes, fees, or taxes that must be paid for returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do not take responsibility for returning goods that are lost in transit. If you are interested, then we recommend you send the goods by registered post and retain proof of posting.
